Tywana Gilford is a seasoned, well-versed business professional and compliance officer who provides administrative support to HTEC-Houstons Training And Education Center’s team.  Tywana is a native Houstonian, and has worked in the vocational training community for the last 13 years.  Ms. Gilford developed a strong sense of devotion for the vocational trade sector.  The experience gave her a deep appreciation for how vocational training can improve the quality of life for our community, one training program at a time.  Her journey at HTEC has been one of discovering the significance of generosity and humility as a leader in making student career dreams come true.
